Africa50 Interactive Sessions Promote Improved Internet Connectivity

In collaboration with Afrobytes, the Africa50 Innovation Challenge co-hosted a series of panels and networking sessions which brought together the innovation and technology community to find solutions for improved internet connectivity. The first was entitled Connecting the Unconnected in Emerging Markets, and featured Investment Director, Etzerson Philitas in a panel on Financing Africa’s Digital Transformation. Other speakers included Ellie Hagopian, Group Head of the Affordable Access Initiatives at Liquid Telecom and five of the Innovation Challenge finalists.
