Boukaré Zouanga

Mr. Zouanga is the Director of Monetary and Financial Affairs at Burkina Faso’s Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Development. Previously, he worked for 18 years in the Ministry’s Office of Public Debt, eventually becoming the Director there. He also is the Chairman of the Board of the Fund for Aid to the Informal Sector (FUSI), Burkina Faso’s Board Member for the Fund for African Solidarity (FAA), and a member of the Committee for Financial Stability of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA).

Mr. Zouanga holds a Diploma as Finance Inspector from Burkina Faso’s Ecole National des Règles Financières and a Diploma in Financial Management and a Master of Finance from Tunisia’s Sfax University.
