Africa50 CEO Explains Africa50’s role in helping bridge Africa’s infrastructure funding gap

CEO Alain Ebobissé made a presentation on infrastructure and sustainable development in Africa with Amina Gerba, CEO and Founder of Forum Afrique Expansion. The event was part of a series of interviews with African experts on the concerns of Canadian business people and Africans in light of the global pandemic, with a goal to promote information sharing on business and investment opportunities in Africa and Canada and to establish North-South partnerships.

Apart from explaining how Africa50 functions, Ebobisse touched on the energy and transport sectors, the importance of good governance, the need for private sector partnerships, and Africa50’s response to COVID-19.
