Senior IT Coordinator- Systems & Solutions

Description

Principal Responsibilities
IT Operations Management
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of IT systems, networks, and end-user equipment.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users and resolve technical incidents and requests.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues.
- Maintain IT assets, inventories, and documentation.
- Continuously improve end-user experience and satisfaction.
- Oversee ticketing systems, queues, and escalation processes.
- Proactively identify operational risks and coordinate mitigation actions.
- Assist users with applications, collaboration tools, and business systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and IT equipment.
Project and Change Management
- Coordinate IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are respected.
- Support change management processes, including impact analysis, approvals, and communication.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover for IT changes and new implementations.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration during IT transformation initiatives.
Infrastructure and Systems Management
- Administer servers, networks, workstations, and cloud services.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
- Ensure operating systems, applications and backups, system updates, and patches are implemented.
- Manage infrastructure upgrades and maintenance activities.
Digital Transformation and Process Automation
- Identify, design, and implement digital solutions to optimize business processes.
- Lead initiatives related to workflow automation, document management, and system integration.
- Promote the adoption of digital tools that enhance efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.
- Ensure digital initiatives align with organizational strategy and operational priorities.
Data Management and Governance
- Support the definition and implementation of data governance frameworks.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with data owners and stakeholders to define data standards and lifecycle management.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Cybersecurity and Risk Management
- Implement and enforce basic cybersecurity controls and best practices.
- Monitor security alerts and coordinate remediation actions.
- Ensure antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewall rules are properly configured.
- Raise security risks and incidents to management when necessary
Vendor and Service Provider Management
- Coordinate with external IT vendors, Managed Service Providers, MSSPs, and consultants.
- Ensure vendors deliver services according to agreed terms.
- Act as a liaison during incidents, escalations, and project delivery.

Technical Skills
- Automation & scripting: PowerShell, Power Automate, low-code platforms
- Data & governance tools: SharePoint, data catalogs, BI tools.
- Collaboration & productivity platforms: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive…)
- Infrastructure & virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V.
- Network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls (FortiGate / Palo Alto)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
- Enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Intranet, Web, etc.)
- Experienced with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Central.
- ITIL framework knowledge (incidents, problems, changes)

Candidate Profile
- Rigorous and motivated IT engineer with a minimum of 6~8 years of experience.
- Good academic background required.
- IT related Masters and/or Bachelor’s degrees
- Fluency in English and French is a must
