Prime Minister Patrick Achi discusses Côte d'Ivoire's infrastructure agenda with Africa50

An Africa50 delegation led by CEO Alain Ebobissé met the Prime Minister of Côte d'Ivoire Patrick Achi in Abidjan, to discuss how Africa50 can deploy its project development and finance expertise to support the country’s infrastructure development agenda.

Speaking during the meeting, the Prime Minister said "we are interested in developing infrastructure that will create added value and bring sustainable development to our people".  He added that his country’s priorities in terms of infrastructure were in sectors that could stimulate job creation.

Responding, Africa50 CEO Alain Ebobissé expressed the company’s willingness to engage with the Government of Côte d'Ivoire to find the right projects to support and invest in. He also expressed gratitude to the Government for investing in Africa50. 

The Africa50 delegation included Tshepidi Moremong, Chief Operating Officer; Kader Hassane, Senior Investment Director; Mumbi-Michelle Kimani, Communications Department; and Carole Beugnet, CEO's Office.
