Nouaman Al Aissami
Director
Nouaman Al Aissami is the Deputy Director in charge of the Financial Sector at the Treasury and External Finance Directorate at the Ministry of Finance of the Kingdom of Morocco. He oversees the financial sector with the mission of promoting financial stability, deepening capital markets, and improving financial inclusion. He also acts as representative of the government in public banks and financial institutions in which it is a shareholder.
Mr. Al Aissami holds a PhD in applied mathematics from the University of Rabat and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises in Casablanca.
